Role Description
This is a flexible hours on-site role for a Telesales Executive. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for conducting sales activities over the phone, including lead generation, customer support, and closing sales. Your day-to-day tasks will include making outbound calls, following up with leads, providing product information, and assisting customers with their inquiries.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in lead generation and customer support
- Strong sales skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the building industry or metal fabrication is a plus
