**The Company**:
Our client operates as an independent telemarketing lead generation company, providing a broad range of services, assisting in areas such as life insurance, energy tariffs, heating systems, and debt solutions.

**Job Role**:
The role involves generating & setting appointments through outbound and inbound calls, using initiative and rapport to identify new opportunities.
Confidence on the phone is key and the role requires positivity and resilience as this is a fast paced, high volume call setting, making up to 200 calls per day.
Experience in a telesales / telemarketing/Call-centre based role is a must, however, if you have excelled in other sales roles and are eager to enhance your skills in a telesales environment, and are great on the phone, this opportunity is the perfect fit

**Responsibilities**:
- Making outbound calls to opted in enquiries
- Taking inbound calls from new enquiries
- Using initiative and rapport to identify new opportunities
- Asking open questions to complete a new enquiry form
- Creating new appointments and opportunities for agents
**Technical Knowledge / Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years within a telesales/ lead generation role is essential
- High volume cold calling experience is essential
- Insurance sales background is beneficial.
- Motivated
- Target driven
- Excellent level of customer service
- Must be articulate and enthusiastic
- A self-starter with the desire to progress within their career
