Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Sales Assistant to support our event planning and execution processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in events management to gain hands-on experience and grow within our company. As an Event Sales Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced team, contributing to the success of a wide range of events while learning key skills and knowledge essential for progression into a management role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support face to face marketing and promotional activities to maximise event attendance and engagement.
  • Provide on-site assistance during events, including setup, coordination of activities, and attendee assistance.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Take initiative in identifying opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency enhancement.
