Job Description

We are a well established private jet charter and aircraft management company who are part of a much wider global group of financially stable businesses and we are looking to appoint a CEO to lead the next stage of our growth journey.


Operating a growing fleet of private jets, we currently have AOC’s in the UK and San Marino, with our head office being based in Farnborough airport.


Our vision is to grow not only the number of aircraft we manage, but also the AOC’s in which we operate, whilst never comprising on our client first approach. We don’t want to be the biggest, however we do want to be the best

The Role
  • Help to develop and implement the strategy
  • Leading a cohesive leadership team with a single vision for success which is effectively communicated across the business
  • Overall ownership of the P&L
  • Leadership of the day to day operations of the business
  • Working with the sales and legal teams to win new business
  • Driving to ensure the client is at the forefront of all decisions, leading to win win solutions for them and Voluxis
  • Reviewing end to end processes to ensure we are working in an efficient and compliant manner
  • Ensuring we have the right people in the right roles at all times, especially as we grow
  • Working with the CAA/ EASA
Qualifications

We’re looking for:

  • Must have a proven track record of managing a private jet operator at a senior level
  • Essential to have previous experience of leading, developing and growing a high performing team
  • Strong decision making skills, not shying away from what may be the difficult choices
  • Must have experience of driving change
  • Ideally has had experience of obtaining or running an AOC outside of the UK
  • Ideally will have held the Accountable Manager position with the CAA or on a EASA AOC
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
