Position: Nursing Home Manager (RGN)


Location: East Kilbride


Salary: £75,000 per annum


About the Role:


Our reputable client in East Kilbride is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of their facility. As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the nursing staff, ensuring the highest standard of care for residents.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the nursing team to deliver exceptional care to residents
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, including staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making necessary adjustments to ensure resident satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the nursing home


Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
  • Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within a nursing home setting
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and best practices
