About the Role: Gilbert Meher is excited to collaborate with a highly reputable client in the healthcare sector to find a dedicated and experienced Home Manager for a facility in East Kilbride. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a passion for providing high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall management and operation of the care home.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centered care to residents.
- Lead and inspire a skilled team of healthcare professionals.
- Manage budgets, resources, and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff.
Requirements:
- Must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN.
- Proven experience as a Home Manager in a care home setting.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
