As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the nursing staff, ensuring the highest standard of care for residents. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the nursing team to deliver exceptional care to residents
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, including staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
  • Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within a nursing home setting
