Estelle Manor is a rural retreat nestled in Oxfordshire. A Grade II-listed landmark house set on a 60-acre estate, surrounded by over 3,000 acres of beautiful parkland.

As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A hotel and country club with one-of a-kind spaces and old school values of personalised service and discretion.

The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

As a Restaurant Floor Manager at Estelle Manor, In our Library Living Room and Terrace, you will support the Manager by leading by example, helping to manage the smooth operational running of service to ensure the restaurant team deliver an exceptional and memorable experience for our members and guests. You will play a key role in training, mentoring and coaching the team, with a high level of organisation and communication.

Who we are looking for

Experience in Restaurant Floor/Bar management within a luxury establishment.
Experience managing the the daily operations, set up, standards, operating procedures in a elevated environment.
A team orientated, positive, driven, organised, solutions focused leader and hugely charismatic.
Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
