Digital marketing and growth fractional manager

We are recruiting for a fractional digital marketing and growth manager to join Anatome. This is an exciting role for someone who is entrepreneurial and has a passion for digitral commerce as well as health and wellness. Being a start-up, the individual we are looking for should not be afraid to be hands on yet have the capability to roll out an ecommerce strategy.
This role is an integral part of our team and will be crucial to growing brand engagement
alongside retaining our community via a CRM and social media strategy, You will also help shape and deliver the content to our customers through our newsletters and other key touch points with a strong proven experience not just on social engagement but on crm retention, so that you can deliver world-class community engagement, supporting our overall business objectives and social content strategy to achieve great results and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of brand positioning and landscape of premium consumer brands.
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
? Oversee develop, plan and exectute the digital marketing growth strategy for anatome.
? Management of our PPC and SEO agency.
? Oversee of detailed monthly content plans to align with marketing and growth objectives.
? Creation of marketing/trade calendars to highlight key trade opportunities and partnerships tracking objectives on database growth, retention and enagement
? Support and execute the social community strategy and direction, informed by the brand objectives and insights obtained by working closely with the wider Social Media and brand teams.
? Overseea email and email flows and CRM management with Klayivo and fractional manager who operates this department with content director.
? Oversee wider Marketing & Loyalty team, utilising commercial, digital and customer-centric data to make tangible recommendations to improve performance
? Continual data driven site optimisation and site journey.
Skills required:
? Shopify experience is essential
? Google analytics experience is essential
? UX/UI experience is preferable
? Comfortable using photoshop and relevant apps to adjust and enhance content or complete briefs for design consultant to createelop the brands ‘tone of voice’.
? Experience in content creation for use in all ecommerce touch points
? Champion all things social, providing recommendations and thought leadership to the wider business
? Analyse social performance and trends throu
? Experience in working collaboratively with creative teams to devgh regular social listening and reporting
? Experience managing LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, pinterest to respond and engage with customers, and consumers, working with CES, and internal stakeholders to execute flawlessly.
