With a main focus on providing world class customer service; you will be directly responsible for building and maintaining great relationships in a fast paced premium environment as a Counter Manager

Counter Manager duties include:

  • Leading a team of beauty enthusiasts to achieve sales targets
  • Manage daily, monthly and quarterly running of your counter - through business plans
  • Motivate and drive team to deliver exceptional service and company expectations
  • Staying up to date with the latest trends
  • Having passion for beauty product and being able to demonstrate product
  • Working towards KPI's and knowing how to drive results

Counter Manager Requirements:

  • Experience leading a team within a beauty, fashion, footwear or accessory background
  • Personable and customer focused
  • Passionate about beauty and trends
  • Adaptable in a fast paced, ever changing sometimes high pressured environment
  • Positive 'can do' attitude
  • Strong communication skills
