About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at RecSpec Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our trade counter team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards within the trade counter area, and assisting with health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to deliver excellent customer service and achieve branch performance targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized trade counter area, ensuring a positive experience for customers.
  • Assist with health and safety compliance, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Provide cover for the Branch Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless continuity of operations.
Requirements
  • A friendly, welcoming attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A full valid driving license, with a forklift truck license being a plus (training will be provided).
  • Good organizational skills and proficiency in IT systems.
  • Experience in a trade counter environment is preferred, but not essential - the right attitude and drive will overcome any lack of experience.
