Requirements / Experience
- Experience working in a telesales / Account manager role previously or current is an MUST
- Experience working with an FMCG sector with this job title is an ADVANTAGE
- Confidence in using IT systems (including MS Office 365) with a working knowledge of Excel.
- Strong telephone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- An understanding of working in a target driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone.
Responsibilities
- Contacting potential customers via telephone, email or social media to generate interest in and sell our products.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Update CRM and database systems.
- Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Manage incoming & outgoing telephone calls.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Engage prospective customers through outbound calls to introduce our brewery, its products and relevant promotions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing clients whilst keeping them updated on new releases and exciting offers.
- Effectively communicate the brand story behind our beers to create a positive lasting impression.
