Role Details
As an Energy Sales advisors you will be providing outbound calls to existing customers and will *showcase* the newest tariffs available from the client.
You will *build a rapport* with the customer and use probing questions to find the best product fit for the customer’s needs.
To finish you will close the deal using your *excellent selling techniques*.
You will be responsible for:
* Engaging warm leads through inbound and outbound calls.
* Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and upsell additional products.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements
We are looking for new talent to fill our Sales Advisor roles on permanent, full-time contracts based at our office in Sunderland. You will need to be:-

* Love understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to delight them.
