Role: Commercial Marketing Lead

Remuneration: Negotiable: £60K to £80K (depending on experience)

Job type: Full time or part time, with flexible working options tailored to maintain a work-life balance

Location: Fully remote with a London office available, accommodating your preference

Start date: As soon as possible


The Role

At Monaco Solicitors, we strive to meet the growing employment law needs of our clients by enhancing effectiveness and efficiency. We seek a dedicated professional to significantly improve our marketing performance and drive annual growth.


You will take full ownership of commercial marketing activities, focusing on maximizing web traffic through conversion rate optimisation (CRO), user experience (UX) enhancements, and transforming leads into engaged clients using automated emails and client feedback strategies.


You will help coordinate and lead the overall marketing strategy at Monaco Solicitors, collaborating with our marketing team to advance search, social, and paid media initiatives. Your role will involve generating innovative ideas, meticulously executing strategies and analysing outcomes to continuously optimise all consumer interactions.


This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, flexible, and thrives in a dynamic environment, embodying our start-up mentality and facilitating swift adoption and implementation of decisions.


Duties will include:

  • Full ownership of all commercial marketing activities.
  • Leadership in retention and conversion strategies
  • Development and execution of marketing strategies and roadmaps
  • Regular performance metrics and KPI reporting. Including on site metrics, such as traffic, leads and CVR as well as lead conversion metrics such as overall client CVR, lead pipeline rates and re-engagement interaction metrics.
  • Collaboration with existing marketing team to develop and implement strategies across Search, Social Media, Email and Brand Marketing.
  • Working with the existing marketing team and web development team to enhance UX and CRO on our website.
  • Management of marketing team and external suppliers.
  • Pioneering new initiatives.

The Successful Candidate:

You are a highly organised, proactive team player who excels in a collaborative commercial environment, adapts quickly to change and implements decisions promptly.

You will be able to work on your own initiative, to prioritise your workload and adhere to deadlines. Your experience includes:


  • 5+ years in UK digital marketing, with a focus on client retention and optimisation.
  • Expertise in B2C lead generation, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in CRO, UX, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience with client CRMs/Databases and customer profiling.
  • A track record of delivering measurable growth.
  • Highly tech focused, with the ability at least to create draft tech specifications and liaise with our developers to deliver innovative software solutions for marketing problems.
  • Passion for helping vulnerable people & those in need.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Wordpress, legal sector marketing and Pipedrive
  • Experience of working with highly qualified professionals
  • Skills in line management, social media, SEO, copywriting and paid search.
