Role Overview:
As a Reward Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing comprehensive reward packages. Your work will motivate and engage colleagues, establishing the firm as a premier destination for top talent. You will support various HR processes, ensure competitive and fair compensation, and contribute to the overall employee value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Total Rewards Implementation:
- Design and implement comprehensive reward packages.
- Align reward strategies with business goals to attract and retain talent.
- Annual Salary Review Process:
- Participate in project planning and benchmark pay bands.
- Provide ongoing support to the Head of HR Operations, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and Advisors.
- Variable Remuneration Schemes:
- Implement and manage variable remuneration schemes for employees and partners.
- Benefits Review and Market Research:
- Conduct benefits reviews and market research to ensure competitive remuneration.
- Align benefits with our employee value proposition.
- External Partnerships:
- Collaborate with external partners to design and manage benefits for employees and partners.
- Payroll Management:
- Review and authorize monthly payroll.
- HR Systems Reporting:
- Lead the HR systems reporting function.
- Produce regular reports and respond to ad hoc information requests.
- HR System Maintenance:
- Support the maintenance, updates, and development of the HR system.
- Legislative Reporting:
- Lead legislative reporting requirements, including gender pay gap reporting.
