Role Outline:
We are seeking an International Coordinator to manage our repatriation services globally. This role requires a professional who combines efficiency with empathy to understand and meet customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, providing empathetic and professional support for enquiries, invoice issues, and complaints.
  • Accurately enter and manage customer data in our system, ensuring complete and accurate information.
  • Resolve customer issues through detailed research and follow-up.
  • Upsell our services and products to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Efficiently direct calls to appropriate staff as necessary.
  • Represent the company at various events like exhibitions, chamber meetings, and during visits to government offices to promote our services.
  • Conduct research on international regulations to update our companys operational guidelines.
  • Propose process improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Handle sensitive tasks such as viewing the deceased before transport and meeting with bereaved families.
  • Perform external duties, including visits to government offices, as required.
  • Be prepared to take on additional or alternate duties to meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English and at least one other language, preferably French or Spanish.
