About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing social media strategies for our esteemed portfolio of clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Devise and implement engaging social media strategies tailored to the unique needs of our home decor, luxury and entertainment clients.
- Create compelling and visually stunning content, including captivating captions, shareable stories, and high-quality imagery, optimised for each platform. This will involve utilising your strong copywriting and design skills to produce engaging assets.
- Manage and nurture thriving social media communities, fostering meaningful engagement and cultivating a loyal following.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and track key performance indicators to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimisation.
- Remain at the forefront of emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best-in-class practices.
- Collaborate effectively with our team of creative professionals, strategists, and account managers to deliver exceptional results.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a demonstrable track record of success in crafting and executing impactful social media campaigns.
- A genuine passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics, with a deep understanding of current home decor trends.
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences across various social media platforms.
- Demonstrable design skills and experience in creating engaging social media assets.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to measuring campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with home decor brands or within the lifestyle industry is highly desirable.
