About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing social media strategies for our esteemed portfolio of clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Devise and implement engaging social media strategies tailored to the unique needs of our home decor, luxury and entertainment clients.
Create compelling and visually stunning content, including captivating captions, shareable stories, and high-quality imagery, optimised for each platform. This will involve utilising your strong copywriting and design skills to produce engaging assets.
Manage and nurture thriving social media communities, fostering meaningful engagement and cultivating a loyal following.
Conduct thorough data analysis and track key performance indicators to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimisation.
Remain at the forefront of emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best-in-class practices.
Collaborate effectively with our team of creative professionals, strategists, and account managers to deliver exceptional results.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a demonstrable track record of success in crafting and executing impactful social media campaigns.
A genuine passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics, with a deep understanding of current home decor trends.
Exceptional copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences across various social media platforms.
Demonstrable design skills and experience in creating engaging social media assets.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to measuring campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with home decor brands or within the lifestyle industry is highly desirable.
