Job Title:  SEN Learning Support Assistant

Location:  Meadowcroft School

Salary:     Up to £20,906.25 per annum

Hours:      37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

UK applicants only. This role does not offer sponsorship

Ideal Candidate:

Existing experience of working or supporting neurodiverse pupils is essential 

Ability to be compassionate, patient, adaptable and resilient 

Genuine passion for working with pupils with diverse learning needs and a strong desire to make a positive difference 

Must have strong communication skills 

Have the ambition and drive to approach their role with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and grow.
