This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a business who have just expanded outside of the UK market to the US.

The Role

● To build, manage and grow the Ambassador & Influencer community

● Harness the power of their customers by building authentic relationships with the community

● Work with the creative team and agency to produce honest and compelling content which is highly shareable, attention grabbing and on brand

● Take an ‘always on’ approach to consistently produce content to feed in to paid and organic media

● Search for opportunities for new and exciting UGC and they can put their community in front of the camera

● Create a testing framework to continually learn from and improve on content topics and executions

● Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to support brand credentials.

● Research potential ambassadors / affiliate partners in alignment with the brand and target audience

● Identify and engage influencers executing strategies to leverage their reach to inspire customers

● Be a product expert, sharing your knowledge and passion to drive sales and maintain the highest standards of customer service

● Play a pivotal role in upholding the brand's prestige both online and in retail, delivering a best in class customer experience

● Be the community guardian, spotting trends as they appear, leading authentic customer conversations and ultimately increasing sales and LTV

● Monitor community sentiment, providing insights to feed into marketing and NPD

  • Passionate about marketing - a creative eye who can understand the numbers
