We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Manager to join our team located just outside Newry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing creative teams and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a creative team of 5 individuals, ensuring efficient communication and workflow.
- Develop and implement a detailed schedule for shooting, including location scouting and booking.
- Create an annual event calendar for the creative team’s participation in various events.
- Collaborate closely with the yard team to synchronise schedules and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain high standards of creativity and quality across all projects.

Required Qualifications
- Proven management experience, preferably overseeing a team.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the media industry.
- Familiarity with event planning and coordination.
