Responsibilities

Lead and manage a creative team of 5 individuals, ensuring efficient communication and workflow.

Develop and implement a detailed schedule for shooting, including location scouting and booking.

Create an annual event calendar for the creative team's participation in various events.

Collaborate closely with the yard team to synchronise schedules and ensure smooth operations.

Maintain high standards of creativity and quality across all projects.

Required Qualifications

Proven management experience, preferably overseeing a team.

Strong organisational and planning skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in the media industry.

Familiarity with event planning and coordination.
