About the Role: The company is currently on the lookout for a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead their technical team in diverse commercial and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Autodesk Revit, well-versed in BIM protocols, and confident in Technical Detailing and Specification using NBS Chorus.   • Holder of an Architectural Technology degree with 7 years, ideally of Irish experience.
  • Proven track record in managing commercial projects, with an extra edge in hospitality.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and seasoned in BIM for effective project execution.
  • Ideally, in-depth knowledge of the Irish Building Regulations, BCAR compliance, and extensive on-site experience.
  • Skilled in client interactions, adept at site meetings, and excelling in creative problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead cutting-edge solutions in commercial and hospitality projects, leveraging expertise in Autodesk Revit and BIM to elevate the technical team's performance.
  • Showcase precision in Technical Detailing and Specification using NBS Chorus, ensuring meticulous execution that aligns with project goals and industry standards.
  • Demonstrate a strong command of Irish Building Regulations, BCAR compliance, and on-site experience, providing a robust foundation for navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
  • Thrive in client-facing roles, adept at turning challenges into opportunities during site meetings. Your confident approach ensures seamless communication and effective problem resolution.
  • Take charge of the project life cycle, from conceptualisation to completion, ensuring a seamless blend of technical expertise, client engagement, and adherence to quality standards in every phase.
