Office Freedom is a UK-based brokerage established 31 years ago by Richard Smith, who remains our CEO. He has spent the last 31 years aggregating a platform centralising all serviced offices in the UK and globally. In effect, this means that we can serve any requirement in any given country as long as there’s stock available.

We act as the middleman between the tenant (client) and the landlord (partner) in which we scan the market and present the client with the best options fitting their requirement. Then we arrange viewings for them and finally negotiate directly on their behalf with the landlord to ensure the best possible outcome for the client.

We are present in more than 100 countries with more than 20,000 properties, though only with offices in the UK and the US (our second largest revenue-driven market).

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for handling in-bound enquiries, managing and maintaining relationships with key accounts and also developing new client relationships through business development.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills both on the phone and face to face
  • Proven experience in Account Management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Experience in the real estate or office space industry

The role will be primarily office based as will need to meet clients and be part of the sales team.

Salary dependent on experience and skills. Looking for people at multiple levels.
