About:

  • An industry leader, operating the hospitality and food service in some of the UK's most iconic venues.
  • A restructure in the people team has opened a position for a lively and enthusiastic trainer to join them.
  • Delivering fun and engaging training sessions across the hospitality teams - site and senior level - facilitating continuous learning and a full training life cycle from induction to onboarding, talent development.
  • Management and oversight of their very cool training platform.

What we would LOVE from you:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail or leisure is a MUST
  • We're looking for someone who absolutely gets their energy and fire from delivering CRACKING training. You will manage the process from induction and compliance training to management development.
  • Someone who has a history of getting great results and who can engage at all levels, making sessions FUN and relevant.
  • You'll need to have been doing this for a few years within hospitality and have solid demostration of your successes. Strong, organised and effective.
