As a Head of Housekeeping at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create the warm and homely surroundings that are so important to delivering quality care and support. Leading a team of housekeeping staff, you'll ensure that every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards. ABOUT YOU
Experience of housekeeping in a care home, hospital or hotel environment will be very advantageous for the role of Head of Housekeeping. We'll also look for a proven ability to lead and inspire a team. A caring nature and good communication skills are important as you'll often come into contact with other members of staff, residents and their relatives.
