Our client based in the Woking area are currently seeking a personable individual with excellent organisational skills for their Research Administrator position.
Although this role may involve repetitive tasks, due to the company’s success and the high volume of work, you will always be kept engaged and busy
_*Key Responsibilities as the Research Administrator:*_
* Collected data for accurate local authority searches
* Compiling data and information for reports
* Requesting data from local authorities
* Using systems to input compiled property reports
* Investigating any queries relating to data received
* Amending estimated delivery dates
_*Key Skills Needed as the Research Administrator:*_
* Attention to Detail: Impeccable eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all research endeavours
* Problem-Solving Acumen: Ability to analyse and resolve queries efficiently and effectively
* Clear Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a confident and articulate phone manner
* Self-Motivation: Proactive and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Tech Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office suite and adaptability to learn bespoke systems
