Are you a driven sales professional looking to make a real impact in the cybersecurity industry? We are working with a leading consultancy that is seeking a talented Business Development Executive to help grow their client base and deliver cutting-edge solutions to protect businesses from evolving cyber threats.


In this role, you’ll inherit warm accounts and start earning commission from day 1. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own client relationships, supported by a collaborative team of industry experts. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your sales skills and knowledge in a fast-growing, in-demand sector.

  • Salary: £45k base + uncapped commission

  • Inherit existing accounts and develop new business within the cybersecurity and MOD sectors

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably within cybersecurity, GRC, or ITHC sectors)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into tailored cybersecurity solutions (technical expertise is not required, but being able to deliver reports is important)
  • Experience in managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Military background or experience with MOD clients is highly desirable
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote-working environment, with strong self-motivation
  • Eligibility for Security Clearance (SC) – must have been UK-based for the last 5 years
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a strong advantage
