What you'll do
  • Define enabler features to drive the architecture runway for your agile release train.
  • Contribute to the technology strategy and vision for your agile release train, informed by solution and portfolio architecture strategy.
  • Engage widely with portfolio and solution architecture, and product and engineering teams, to gain consensus on approach. Participate in corresponding architecture governance.
  • Ensure system architecture is ready for PI planning and work closely with engineering teams to ensure understanding of the capability changes proposed.
  • Work closely with solution architecture to ensure that change to shared capabilities is carefully coordinated and well communicated.
  • Engage with architecture outside of your agile release train and value stream to ensure alignment of approach.
  • Work closely with engineering teams throughout each PI to assist in the delivery of the work.
  • Support the breakdown of capabilities into features.
What you'll bring
  • Knowledge of agile principles and practices.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and team skills (with both technology and business stakeholders).
  • A deep understanding of technology architecture.
  • Expertise across several architectural capabilities (e.g. data, infrastructure, integration, security, customer management, digital).
  • Hands on experience in a senior domain or enterprise architecture role.
  • Nice to have: Architecture qualifications (e.g. TOGAF, SAFe), experience in media and/or telecoms industry.
