Are you a driven and ambitious sales leader with a knack for managing multiple sales streams simultaneously? We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and take charge of various sales channels, including recruiters and consultants. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for exceeding targets and maximizing sales opportunities across diverse channels, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across multiple sales streams.
  • Identify market opportunities, trends, and potential areas for growth to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales goals with overall business objectives.

Sales Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, including recruiters and consultants, to drive performance and exceed targets.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to empower the sales team to achieve their full potential.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and implement strategies to address any areas of improvement.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Streamline and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across multiple sales channels.
  • Implement best practices and tools to track sales performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and synergy in sales efforts.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
  • Use market insights to develop targeted sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies in sales and incorporate them into sales strategies as appropriate.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing diverse sales teams.

Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies across multiple channels.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform decision-making.

Ambitious, results-oriented, and highly motivated to exceed targets and drive business success.
