About the Role:

Our client is looking for an accomplished Vice President, to lead and drive their commercial success in Dubai. This strategic leadership role will oversee all commercial functions, including sales, marketing, business development, and partnerships. The ideal candidate will craft and execute strategies to maximize revenue, enhance market presence, and build strong customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Drive innovative sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue.
  • Manage key client relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting and performance reporting.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in commercial leadership, preferably in events, hospitality, or real estate.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth, business development, and team leadership.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in the Middle East market is highly desirable.
