Following 20+ years’ operating as a publicly listed company, our client was recently taken private by 2 large cap PE funds. The business has ambitious growth plans in place, both organic and inorganic with a M&A a key component of this.

They are therefore seeking a Head of Integration on a permanent basis to lead the integration of multiple past and present acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Continually develop the integration playbook, controls, and processes to ensure smooth integration across all workstreams.
  • Take ownership of all aspects of the integration process, including planning, execution, and post-merger activities, across multiple acquisitions with a hands on approach
  • Identify and prioritise integration opportunities to drive synergies, operational efficiencies, and revenue growth, ultimately maximizing the return on investment
  • Continually develop and communicate integration metrics, KPIs, etc
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to portfolio company management teams post-acquisition
  • Work collaboratively across all departments and work closely with all senior stakeholders to drive integrations

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience integrating acquired businesses and drive value creation
  • Strategic mindset to develop and execute integration strategies to achieve the company goals and objectives
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify opportunities and drive synergies
  • Strong project management skills
