The Client Administration Team is responsible for the day to day administration of clients sourced by our team of Wealth Planning Advisers, and to support the Paraplanners and Financial Planners to deliver an excellent service to their Clients.


Responsibilities:

The role will see you working closely with the Client Administration Team Leader and established team of Administrators to provide an integral function to the wider team.

  • Processing new business
  • Illustrations and projections
  • Valuations
  • Producing plan information updates
  • Accurately update and maintain information on the back-office systems
  • Liaising with providers to obtain fund values/unit prices/transaction statements
  • Preparation of enclosure documents for suitability reports
  • Liaising with clients and providers
  • To comply at all times with the Compliance and Training and Competence Procedures of the Company.
  • In the event of a complaint, to ensure that this is immediately reported to Compliance.
  • Action post in and out, sort, prioritise on receipt, scan and refer to appropriate adviser as and when applicable within acceptable time scales.
  • Prioritise and action all activity entries allocated for your clients taking into consideration all the work being undertaken for the clients allocated to you.
  • Preparation for client meetings within agreed timescales
  • Prepare any pre-approval forms as and when required
