Salary range for an IFA Administrator is £24,000 - £27,000

As an Administrator, you will:
Manage all Admin Services efficiently and professionally.

Engage in direct contact with Product Providers to gather essential information and ensure timely delivery of our services.

Provide Admin Support to the Personal Advice Team, utilizing our internal processes and systems.

Ensure strict adherence to FCA requirements, maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation.

Promote the profile and brand of Wealth Wizards through exceptional communication.

Perform monthly reconciliations and process relevant cases using Intelligent Office.

Adhere to Information Security policies and procedures.

We're looking for someone with:
A strong command of Excel,

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong administrative and organisation skills.

Experience and knowledge of Investment and Pensions products
