Bocconcino restaurants in Soho and Mayfair are looking for two Head Pastry chefs who will be in charge of the pastry section.

The ideal candidate will have passion and knowledge of Italian desserts and a creative eye for details. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating delicious desserts and pastries, ensuring that all recipes are followed correctly, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable, and has a strong understanding of food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, such as cakes, pies, tarts, and cookies.
  • Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
  • Follow recipes accurately and adhere to food safety regulations.
  • Manage pastry chefs
  • Decorate pastries using a variety of techniques.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
