Service Description:
Our service offers a tranquil residential setting with individual rooms and communal facilities. With a focus on short-term crisis intervention, we provide support, safety planning, and therapeutic interventions to equip individuals with coping strategies for their return home.

Purpose of the Role:
As a Recovery Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals utilizing our services to attain their life objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring the smooth operation of our services while working collaboratively with a dedicated team towards achieving predetermined targets.

Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals in managing and enhancing their physical and mental well-being.
- Foster the development of essential life skills such as budgeting, tenancy sustainment, and accessing community resources.
- Facilitate opportunities for individuals to lead fulfilling lives and cultivate new purposes.
- Empower individuals to take control of their lives through informed choices and decisions.
- Ensure the safety and compliance of our services with legal regulations.
- Oversee a caseload of key clients, focusing on their individual needs and aspirations.
- Collaborate with individuals to create personalized and achievable person-centered plans.
- Maintain accurate records and liaise effectively with external agencies to support individuals` holistic care.

Additional Information:
- Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
- Starting Salary: £24,005 per annum, inclusive of £2,750 Location allowance per annum.
