Key responsibilities will include:

Developing existing HR strategies and initiatives ensuring alignment with overall business strategy
Oversee management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organisation
Work with line managers to create, supervise and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Oversee training needs and monitor training programs across the organisation
Oversee and act as first point of contact apprenticeship schemes
Responsible for drafting, filing and maintaining all HR documents
Updating Company’s handbook ensuring it is fit for purpose
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Build strong relationships with internally and externally with descrition

Person Criteria

CIPD Qualified
Strong track record as an experienced HR generalist or business partner
Commercially and people orientated
Good knowledge of employment law
Excellent listener
Comfortable being office based 4 days a week
