Sales Manager role:

Developing business opportunities for your given portfolio of accounts.

Drive the whole sales cycle across Corporate, Transient, Business and MICE segments throughout London and international feeder markets.

Proactively uncover new prospects for the hotel and maximise conversion of business in line with the hotels budgetary goals.

Manage relationships with key clients and agents.

Organises and plans client meetings, sales presentations, fam trips, site inspections, sales blitzes, mailings, and giveaways to establish and maintain a healthy relationship with clients.

Responds to Corporate RFPs and contracting with new/existing corporate accounts.

Work closely with the other sales, meeting and events team members and internal operational departments, including marketing, operations, and revenue management.

Assists in preparing and compiling data for the strategic sales plan, annual goals, sales & marketing budget, forecasts, action plans and many other reports.

Ensure the client database and information in Opera and Salesforce are constantly maintained and accurate.

Sales Manager requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge & experience:

Previous experience in a 4/5-star hotel in a proactive sales role

Strong knowledge of the London market.

Is proactive, likes to be creative and has autonomy in self-discipline, with a passion for sales and hunting for the business.

A proven track record for developing new businesses and producing successful sales.

Have a working knowledge of Opera, Salesforce and Agency 360 systems.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive and can-do attitude along with flexibility on working hours.
