5 Year’s project management experience in the construction industry, with experience in BMS and control systems· Ability to manage and influence both internal & external stakeholders at all levels· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience· Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word & Project· Experience working on large projects, with a track record for delivery.
Typical projects will be £2-£3M in value· Comfortable working as part of a team, managing remote resource· Strong financial and commercial acumenPreferred:· Experience working within Datacentres / critical infrastructure environments· High Level BMS knowledge with key understanding of engineering principals#LI-JB3#LI-Hybrid
