One Ten Associates are partnering with two separate Hedge Funds, who are both seeking to hire an experienced Chief Compliance Officer to be based in their London HQ's.

Both funds are UK headquartered and the role holder will be expected to be responsible for the overall Compliance programme. You'll be holding the SMF16/17 functions, as well as being responsible for the US regulatory oversight.


We are looking for current Chief Compliance Officers/Head of Compliance with experience of working within the Hedge Fund industry. Traditional asset management may be considered if you've previously worked within a Hedge Fund.


A legal education or background is advantageous; the expectation is that this individual will be able to manage external counsel whilst being able to assist with basic legal tasks (reviewing legal documentation in regards to funds, service providers, NDA's, side letters etc...)
