Are you passionate about driving quality improvement and culture change in care and support services? We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Quality Improvement Lead to join a Local Authority in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of residents by enhancing the quality of care provided.

Role Overview: As a Quality Improvement Lead, you will work closely with care and support providers to identify areas for improvement and implement lasting changes. You will collaborate with local, regional, and national senior leads to ensure high standards of care. Your role will involve analysing data, managing performance, and ensuring financial accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with providers to deliver quality improvement and culture change.
  • Work with safeguarding, quality assurance, and commissioning teams.
  • Analyse and report on service performance using local and national data.
  • Support service users and contractors in resolving operational issues.
  • Lead negotiations and maintain effective supplier relationships.
