Reporting Facilitator
Location: Bridgwater (hybrid)
Department: Quality
Rate of Pay: £135 per day
Holiday Entitlement: 36 days per year (including bank holidays)
Exciting Opportunity for a Reporting Facilitator
Are you skilled in reporting and facilitation? We're looking for a proactive Reporting Facilitator to ensure the timely completion of Non-conformance reports. Join us and play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards across our projects.
Responsibilities
Expedite NCR completion through the management tool.
Produce various reports for stakeholders.
Support Quality Exceptions Panels and ensure compliance.
Liaise between teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
Requirements
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience in project interfacing and minute-taking.
Proactive with excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in English; French language is advantageous.
Desirable: Technical/engineering background and IT skills.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in proposing quality solutions.
Problem-solving skills in a multicultural environment.
Desirable: Experience in nuclear/non-conformance management.
