Reporting Facilitator

Location: Bridgwater (hybrid)
Department: Quality
Rate of Pay: £135 per day
Holiday Entitlement: 36 days per year (including bank holidays)

Exciting Opportunity for a Reporting Facilitator

Are you skilled in reporting and facilitation? We're looking for a proactive Reporting Facilitator to ensure the timely completion of Non-conformance reports. Join us and play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards across our projects.

Responsibilities

  • Expedite NCR completion through the management tool.
  • Produce various reports for stakeholders.
  • Support Quality Exceptions Panels and ensure compliance.
  • Liaise between teams to resolve technical issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in project interfacing and minute-taking.
  • Proactive with excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in English; French language is advantageous.
  • Desirable: Technical/engineering background and IT skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in proposing quality solutions.
  • Problem-solving skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Desirable: Experience in nuclear/non-conformance management.
