We're working with a forward-thinking organisation on the cusp of a new strategic cycle. As they embark on the next stage of their development, they're seeking an experienced Senior B2B Marketing Manager to own, shape, and build their regional marketing function. This is a unique opportunity to not only drive marketing strategy at a regional level but also influence global marketing direction.

 

Reporting to the Global Marketing Director and UK Operations Director, you'll be responsible for conceptualising, creating, and executing innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns that drive customer and revenue growth. You'll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and will report results directly to the Global Marketing Director.

 

As a seasoned marketing leader, you'll be comfortable thinking strategically while also being willing to roll up your sleeves to support our growing team. Your expertise in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and team management will be crucial in driving our marketing function forward.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to achieve company objectives
  • Drive campaign efficiency through continuous optimisation and A/B testing
  • Design and evolve lead generation and nurturing tactics to improve response and lower costs
  • Lead and manage marketing, content, communications, and brand programs across key sales channels
  • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, and market analysis to inform CRM strategies
  • Oversee tradeshow planning and organisation to amplify leads, ROI, and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with Sales and R&D teams to develop product launch strategies and messaging
  • Inspire, manage, and coach the Marketing team to deliver flawless campaigns
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for the UK/EU Marketing function
  • Develop and maintain reports/dashboards to monitor marketing and campaign performance

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Data-driven approach to marketing, with a focus on measurement, analysis, and optimization
  • Outstanding communication and project management skills
