**The Recruitment Co. are delighted to be hiring a Sales Co-ordinator on behalf of one of our clients based in Scone**
**Salary: £23,000.00 - £26,000.00 per year**
**Job type: Full-time, Permanent**
**Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am
- 5:00pm**
**(Must be available to work Saturdays when required)**
**Your responsibilities as a Sales Co-ordinator will include.**
- **Coordination, logistics preparation, and fulfilment of sales inquiries**
- **Manage our customers' experiences from the moment they contact until the contract is completed and beyond.**
- **Ability to serve customers and sales team with exceptional service**
- **Reporting on key performance indicators and gathering team information as needed.**
- **Daily administration duties.**

**What our client is looking for in a Sales Co-ordinator**
- **An individual with strong communication skills with the ability to listen and empathise with external and internal customers.**
- **The ability to assess data to determine effectiveness in performance measures using analytical skills.**
- **Ability to actively promote the company through various marketing avenues.**
- **An individual with experience in sales, retail, or customer service.**
- **Someone with excellent communication and telephone skills.**
- **The ability to work with and influence a wide range of stakeholders.**
- **An individual with strong administration skills.**
- **Ability to work alone and on own initiative.**
- **Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure in a distracting and busy setting.**
- **IT knowledge includes MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.**
- **Ideally, you should have at least two years of previous experience in a sales/customer service role.**
