Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, theres a kids club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a hosted home, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

As the Head Chef Brasserie you will provide leadership, management, oversee budget and operations for the Brasserie at Estelle Manor. You are responsible for creating and managing all food related standards, health and safety ensuring the guests and members experience is always in line with Estelle Manor standards. You will be the first in command for the kitchen and ultimately responsible for the quality of all items leaving the kitchen. You should uphold the highest standards and ensure the guest experience is always in line with Estelle Manor standards

Who we are looking for?

  • A person with Head Chef experience in Luxury restaurants
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to get on with a diverse range of people you can quickly understand, influence and negotiate, as well as document and explain complex requirements to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Experience managing the daily operations, set up, standards, operating procedures
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
  • Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
  • An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
