RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to talent managers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing travel, and preparing expense reports
  • Act as a liaison between talent, management, and external stakeholders (brands, networks, PR agencies, etc.), ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Assist in the coordination of appearances, shoots, interviews, auditions, and other professional engagements for TV talent and influencers
  • Help track and organize contracts, deal memos, and related paperwork, ensuring all agreements are signed and processed efficiently
  • Assist in monitoring clients' digital and social media presence, providing insight into follower growth, engagement metrics, and potential partnership opportunities
  • Support the planning and execution of events, including press tours, red carpets, influencer meet-ups, and branded activations


MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of experience in a talent agency
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Strong interest in TV, entertainment, and the evolving digital landscape, with a desire to learn and grow in talent management
