About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant to join their growing team. This role is part of a high-performing group of technology professionals specializing in delivering cloud-based transformation programs. As an Oracle EPM Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to define, design, and deliver top-notch solutions for various clients across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Define solutions for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) that support business requirements within broader cloud-enabled transformation programs.
Design and deliver system configurations, application setups, interface and data migration functional definitions, testing, and post-go-live support.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Oracle EPM products, including FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, EPBCS, TRCS, and other cloud reporting tools.
Develop assets for Powered EPM applications and support business development and project delivery activities.
Communicate compelling solutions for Oracle EPM in response to complex client problems.
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading and delivering full lifecycle implementations of Oracle EPM Cloud products.
Expertise in FP&A processes, financial planning, reconciliation, data management, and other Oracle cloud products.
Proven experience with key finance and accounting processes, including general accounting, corporate consolidation, financial planning, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, and management reporting.
Strong understanding of governance controls, change management, data modeling, master data management, and data quality management.
Ability to prepare configuration and design documents, and drive technical deliverables such as data migration principles and integration design.
Professional Skills:
Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills, both virtually and in person.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information and clarify complex issues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Projects.
Excellent interpersonal, team-building, organizational, and motivational skills.
Ability to convey ideas and recommendations clearly in written and verbal communications.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
