Role: Recruitment Administrator
Location: Tetbury (Hybrid working available post-training)
Contract: Full-time, Temporary
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm
Pay: Up to £13 per hour, with potential to earn a bonus
About the Role: As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations within our client's team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the initial point of contact for job applicant queries via phone and email.
- Posting job adverts on LinkedIn and leveraging the platform to attract direct applicants.
- Supporting the identification of potential candidates and building internal talent pools.
- Scheduling pre-interview Teams calls and coordinating interview details between candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within recruitment.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, with an established profile and network.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Confident communicator at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
