Situated in the heart of White City, The Broadcaster boasts an array of dining and event spaces, including a spectacular roof terrace. As a contemporary pub and dining room, we are dedicated to serving both modern and timeless pub classics, accompanied by warm service and a curated beverage offering.

About the Role: As a host/hostess, you will be the face of The Broadcaster, welcoming guests and ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. Your role is crucial in managing reservations, seating guests efficiently, and handling any inquiries or issues with professionalism and a positive attitude. Experience with Seven Rooms is a plus, as it will help you manage our multi-entranced restaurant seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities of our host/hostess:

  • Engage with guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage reservations and seating using Seven Rooms
  • Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively
  • Maintain a clean and organized host area

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, multi-floored restaurant
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure
  • Experience with Seven Rooms or similar reservation systems is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • A friendly, approachable demeanour and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
